Becoming Reiki is a return to the original intent of Mikao Usui’s teachings — not just as a healing system, but as a spiritual path of awakening, discipline, and connection.

Reiki, translated as spiritual energy, is often used to support others. But what is this energy, really?
Where does it come from?

Is it outside of us — or something we remember from within?

In this class, we explore Reiki as a way of being — meditative, embodied, and deeply personal.

Over 10 weeks, we’ll move from outer practice to inner knowing through:

• The historical beginnings of Reiki and Mikao Usui’s original vision
   
• The Five Precepts as anchors for daily living and spiritual growth
   
• Meditation, breathwork, and stillness as the true core of Reiki
   
• Practices that cultivate compassion, clarity, and conscious presence
   
•  Living Reiki beyond the treatment table — as a lifestyle and path
   

This isn’t a class in doing more.
It’s a class in being more — more peaceful, more present, more you.

This class is open to all levels of Reiki training — from newly attuned students to seasoned Master Teachers. It’s perfect for you if:
