What is a Spiritual Coach and Do You Need One?

Similar to your phone, we all have default settings. If you change how something appears in one part of your phone but don’t change the overall setting, it’s not going to carry over or make systemic change.

If you change one action and one thought, but you do not work with the underlying parameters or subconscious programming for why you have the roadblock or issue in the first place, you treating a symptom instead eliminating the root cause.

Most of our programing is implemented between the ages of 0-7. We are almost completely unaware of the process of this programming, of just how much information our subconscious mind tracks, files and uses on a regular basis.

How we perceive things changes drastically moment by moment. Working with a spiritual coach will help you assess and re-program your conditioning so that you are using your unconscious thinking to your advantage. It will also help you to avoid your conscious mind saying/desiring one thing and working in complete opposition to your subconscious mind. A more powerful and clear message for our minds is, “I will make healthy, nourishing decisions about the food I use to fuel my body.” Here, we focus on what we want. We match our own vibration to that which we desire. We radiate a feeling of nourishment, health, fuel, and we speak in a kind and loving way to ourselves, our minds, and our bodies. This tiny shift is a game changer for clients when it comes to conscious creation. In our current society many of us have lost a sense of connection to our divine, to the majestic duality of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine that exists in us all. In the patriarchal society we live in, standing in your Divine Feminine with confidence is difficult for a lot of women. We have diminished the feminine connection to our bodies, our pleasure, and our feminine cycle. We tend to exist in our masculine state, for instance, at work. Constantly pushing ourselves to action, to close off our softness, and to to emulate the masculine.

The Divine Feminine calls for us to honor the cycles and derive power from our feminine aspects. Learning to work with your intuition, your understanding, and your ability to call that which you desire to you instead of do do do action. Divine Feminine calls forth from us balance, healing, rejuvenation, creativity, love, compassion, empathy, and the mystical wisdom of the priestess. Stepping in to your wild woman, using your power in a way that works for you. A spiritual coach will help you utilize both divine aspects within you to achieve your goals, connect to self, and reach a new elevation.

We take classes on things like math, science, history but we never sit our children down and speak to them formally about self-awareness, self-love, self-forgiveness, and self-compassion.

To love yourself as you grow is one of life’s most worthy achievements. Understanding that you are a divine creation, made of stardust, completely worthy of love, happiness, and abundance is a major life lesson we frequently have to stumble upon on our own.
