Your attitude, thoughts, emotions, environment, activities, and diet can influence your nonphysical anatomy, affecting the physical body. Many illnesses manifest first on the energetic level before making their way into physicality. Reiki energy flows to the root of a given condition. Healing the cause and providing relief from the pain is why Reiki is so effective (unlike modern medicine, which only treats the symptoms).   

Energy Healing and Reiki have become a well-documented growing body of literature. Slowly and steadily, the scientific community is demonstrating that energy healing techniques are the future (and a massive compliment to modern medicine). Reiki may one day be as mainstream as a regular checkup with your family physician or a visit to the dentist.  

Reiki offers no judgment, does not interfere with anyone's karma or destiny or religion, and can cause no harm. There is no such thing as too much Reiki, as your body accepts what it needs; nor are there any contraindications to its use.
