Reiki is a hands-on natural healing modality where a certified Reiki Practitioner acts as a conduit between the client and the source of Universal Light and Life Force Energy (aka "Chi" or "Prana"). Light and Energy flow through the practitioner's hands/eyes/breath and are directed towards the client. Before every session, Melissa also channels Reiki into the room, the singing bowls, and crystals to clear, charge, and program them energetically for healing and to prepare a safe environment for the session.

Healing Crystals (semi-precious gemstones) will be programmed and charged with Reiki to work on the body, balance and energize the Chakras, provide colour therapy, and support mental, emotional, and physical release during the session. A personalized Chakra Balancing Crystal Reiki Energy Healing Body Layout will be created for each individual during the session, helping to restore balance and harmony to the body and its energy centers.

By the end of the session, the 7 main energy centers of the body (chakras) will be more open and balanced, bringing harmony and improving the energy flow throughout the body, promoting relaxation, relieving pain, and speeding up healing.

Most people leave a "Crystal Reiki Sound Bath" session feeling calm and more relaxed, with any stress, tension, or anxiety they felt before the session significantly reduced. The combination of Reiki and Sound Healing is a powerful method used to attune the mind, body and spirit to higher frequencies and open up the energy channels (chakras and meridians) to flow freely by removing any blockages in the body that are caused by stress, anxiety or other emotional and environmental trauma.

This will be a 1.5-hour intensive healing sound bath experience, where attendees will receive sound therapy from various sound healing instruments, as well as a personalized crystal healing body layout. Please allow extra time for a proper introduction and discussion before and after the session.

Each group session will have a maximum of 10 people, allowing for more personal attention to be given to each attendee. Group sessions will remain small to ensure a safe and proper space for healing. This is not a typical sound bath or sound meditation experience. 

This is an intense experience and is only recommended for those serious about starting their individual healing journeys and are ok with being totally immersed in loud sounds and powerful sound vibrations.
