A structured approach to recognizing, trusting, and leveraging intuitive gifts within your healing practice. Here is an outline of  techniques and concepts in this workshop:

• Balancing the energetic system: Reiki helps to harmonize the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your being. This balance improves the communication between these different parts, allowing you to be more in tune with your inner self and naturally heightening your awareness.
• Emotional regulation and clarity: Emotions like anger or fear can often cloud your judgment and make it difficult to hear your inner voice. Reiki helps regulate these emotions, allowing the mind to stay focused and clear, which provides an unobstructed pathway for intuitive information to come through.
• Heightened sensory perception: Regular Reiki practice can increase your sensitivity to subtle energies and physical sensations. This can manifest as a stronger "gut feeling" or an amplified sense of smell, sight, or touch, which are all ways your subconscious mind uses to provide intuitive insights.
• Creating presence and stillness: Reiki techniques, especially when combined with meditation and mindfulness, help to quiet the constant "mind chatter" and bring you into the present moment. This stillness is a sacred space where higher wisdom and intuitive messages are more easily received.
• Chakra alignment: The practice helps bring the chakras into flow, particularly the sacral (emotions), heart (compassion), and third eye (clarity, perception beyond the physical) chakras, which are all important centers for processing intuitive information. 

• Clairvoyance (Clear Seeing): Using imagination and inner vision to perceive imbalances, colours, symbols, past lives, and spirit guides.
• Clairaudience (Clear Hearing): Hearing intuitive messages, names, thoughts, songs, or buzzing sounds internally or externally.
• Clairsentience (Clear Feeling): Experiencing physical sensations, empathy, emotions, or "gut feelings" about a client's condition or history.
• Claircognizance (Clear Knowing): Suddenly knowing something is true without logical explanation or evidence.

As intuition develops, sensitivity to others' energy increases, making energetic protection crucial, especially for empaths:

• Understanding Empathy vs. Sympathy: Learning the difference between feeling for someone (sympathy) versus taking on their energy as your own (empathy).
• Shielding and Grounding Techniques: Implementing specific visualizations and practices before and after sessions to clear your field and prevent energy drain.
• Setting Clear Intentions: Using intention-setting to define energetic boundaries, ensuring you only channel healing energy and do not absorb a client’s negativity.

Integration of traditional Reiki methods with intuitive expansion techniques to enhance the healing process:

• Reiji Ho (Indicating the Spirit Method):
  • Build deep trust in your inner guidance and the flow of universal energy.
• Aura Assessment and Visualization:
  • Techniques for "seeing" or feeling the layers of the aura (colours, density, holes, or blockages).
  • Interpreting these visual cues to understand emotional and physical root causes of distress.

We will be journaling and learning techniques for consciously asking spirit guides, angels, or the universe for clarity and information for ourselves, our clients or in general (meditation practices).
