I know all too well what it's like.... You sign up for a Reiki course because you are super interested and you know deep in your soul that learning Reiki for yourself is going to be a wonderful thing and it's going to help you bring more Magic and positivity to your life in soooo many ways!

Welcome to my brand new 8-week program 'Return to Reiki'. This program is for anyone who has learned Reiki (any lineage, any level, any experience level, any Reiki type) who has found that since taking part in the Reiki class, it has been challenging to keep up with the Self Healing or using Reiki in their lives and needs one of my famous Melissa butt kicks to get back into Reiki and make the most of this beautiful energy and connection!

It will also be great for anyone using Reiki who wants to elevate their Self-Healing and Reiki connection.

The main focus of the course will be Self-Healing, but I will also get you excited about using Reiki in many different ways!

Some of the sessions will recap what I cover on my Reiki courses, but I will also include a LOT of brand-new Magic for you, too!

In this class, we explore Reiki as a way of being — meditative, embodied, and deeply personal.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll move from outer practice to inner knowing through:

• The historical beginnings of Reiki and Mikao Usui’s original vision
   
• The Five Precepts as anchors for daily living and spiritual growth
   
• Meditation, breathwork, and stillness as the true core of Reiki
   
• Practices that cultivate compassion, clarity, and conscious presence
   
•  Living Reiki beyond the treatment table — as a lifestyle and path
   

This isn’t a class in doing more.
It’s a class in being more — more peaceful, more present, more you.

You’re already attuned. Now it’s time to live ALIGNED. 

This advanced training series is designed to help certified practitioners deepen their spiritual skills, master advanced Reiki techniques, and live in complete energetic alignment. 

Whether you see clients or use it for yourself and family, each of the 6 immersive sessions will build your confidence, sharpen your channel, and help you practice Reiki—not just as a healing art, but as a way of life.

• Trusting intuitive guidance
• Allowing Reiki to work through awareness rather than effort

Reiki is supported by three foundational practices that keep it grounded and alive.

You’ll explore:

• Meditation, treatment, and ethical living
• How these pillars support personal balance and spiritual maturity
• Creating a sustainable Reiki rhythm in your life

Instead of using symbols, we learn to enter them.

You’ll explore:

• Symbols as states of consciousness
• Presence over performance
• Deepening your relationship with Reiki beyond memorization
   

Reiki was never meant to stay on the table.

You’ll explore:

• Bringing Reiki into work, relationships, and stress
• Responding vs. reacting
• Living Reiki quietly and authentically

We close by integrating everything you’ve experienced and clarifying how Reiki continues to walk with you.
