- Discover and reveal the answers to "What are my obstacles to being strong, vibrant, and healthy."
- Dislodge the identity you (or others) have of yourself and your disease/illness.
- Separate the feelings/emotions of you and your family members and what their expected outcomes are
- Transplant the version of you that is always sick or always in pain with a new, healthier you
- Show and give you the understanding of what it feels like and that you are worthy of a life in which you are pain/illness/disease free.
- Unravel old traumas, beliefs and emotions, and reveal the message of why this is happening (without reliving them)
- Teach you to expect wellness and health as part of a new way of living (and discover what else your body would like you to include)
- Allow healing to be joyful, to be easy and, yes, fast!
*Can be renewed after your 4 sessions are finished. (It is recommended to have 1 week in between.)

- Anxiety, Depression (etc) in regards to the impact of Self Worth and Self Confidence (to help with peer pressure & boundaries)
- Learn to set healthy boundaries -how to set them with family, friends, relationships, digital and school (to getting the bullying to stop)
- Discover their passion (as in what makes them happy)
- Teach them to feel secure enough to look outside of themselves and safe enough to take the chance to consider others’ needs.
- Be the author of their life – taking responsibility for creating their own happy and joyful life
- Trust their intuition in all situations - show them they are not being dramatic or overly sensitive regardless of what other people say
- To be true to who they are—not what someone else expects them to be

- Ignite the creativity and desire for a business or career that makes your heart and body sing with happiness
- Unveil your unique passion and desires, and gifts that only you know how to creatively present
- Show you how to have, and receive (earn) money, clients or projects that fuel your passion for serving.
- Teach you how to be confident (to be the best version of yourself every day or whether it's giving speeches or presentations)
- Remind you that you are worthy and deserving of the soulmate, travel, or the white picket fence dream.

A sample program might look like this:
Session 1 — Identify and transform the places where you get small, numb out, lose yourself, or recede into the background; take back your power.
Session 2 — Listen to what your body wants you to be aware of; release patterns of tension, resistance or withholding.
Session 3 — Address and release any ancestral or familial patterns that are unconsciously driving you.
Session 4 — Evolve your inner saboteur, critic or judge, the parts of you that beat you up, keep you in patterns of shame, or prevent your evolution.
Session 5 — Energy Healing: Let your body start the healing process from a deeper state of relaxation and rest.
Session 6 — Bring to light and heal those parts of yourself that you experience as unloved or unlovable.
Session 7 — Identify and release core limiting operating systems, such as I don’t fit in, I’m not worthy, I’m not enough.
Session 8 — Discover and heal any unfinished business originating from another perspective of your experience.
Session 9 — Forgiveness exercise with self (or others) so you can begin to move forward.
Session 10 — Connect more fully with your passion and purpose in this lifetime; identify the path to making it a reality.
Session 11 — Address any relationships that need healing; attract empowering new companions or situations into your life (soulmates, friends, coworkers, etc)
Session 12 — Connect with your body and learn to follow it's guidance so you don't repeat the same patterns or situations over and over again.
